  My cell phone would not work. I contacted Verizon wireless by phone with no luck. They suggested I go to a local store. I went to Russell cellular in Grove. Martin, the manager, was a tremendous help. After he examined my phone and found it defective he also helped me deal with Verizon wireless by phone. Without his help I would not have been able to complete instructions by the tech on the phone. Martin was very helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with the help I received. I would not have been able to resolve the issue without his help.
